You will be joining their Wills & Estates team, working alongside impressive and skilled lawyers.
The Role
In this role, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of matters spanning across estate planning, preparing wills, probate matters, estate administration, deceased estates, preparing Powers of Attorney, and more. You will also be involved with superannuation disputes and inheritance disputes.
Daily responsibilities of this role will include drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, providing advice to clients, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The clientele you will be dealing with include national and international brands, family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and small to medium sized enterprises. You will have a wide range of matters to work on which will vary in complexity, creating a busy and interesting workload.
