We are currently seeking a trainee recruitment consultant to join our team, specifically to recruit within either the legal or accounting sector. Both are interesting and fast paced sectors. With a range of interesting clients, varied roles and great candidates there will never be a dull moment!
What we need is someone to manage these relationships and match the right candidates to their requirements. This involves working closely with our clients in qualifying the roles they are looking to fill and with our candidates to find appropriate matches.
We offer full training, on the job coaching and mentorship. You will receive complete and tailored support to assist you with gaining all the skills and knowledge needed as a recruiter but also the training to fully understand the sector your recruit in.
We are a boutique firm based on Collins Street in Docklands, 5 minutes’ walk from Southern Cross station. We are located in a modern building, use all the latest software & tools and have stand up desks. You will be provided with a Microsoft Surface laptop and a LinkedIn recruiter licence.
Our work hours are 8:30am to 5pm with 2 days a week from home. We believe in working hard during our work hours, not out of them.
We pay a competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure and have a friendly, mature and relaxed office culture with as much training and support as you may want or require.
