What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and the roles they’re looking to fill.
- Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates in positions that match their skills and aspirations.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
- Strong communication, customer service, or sales skills.
- A passion for working with people and a drive to deliver results.
- A proactive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
- Full training and mentorship: You’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job coaching, with tailored support to help you build your skills and knowledge in recruitment, as well as a deep understanding of the Legal or Accounting sectors.
