The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on top-tier level corporate matters – minus the top-tier pressure. Sitting within the corporate team, you’ll work closely with all seven highly experienced partners, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex matters including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate advisory
• Drafting of high-level commercial documents such as business sale agreements, share purchase agreements, and asset sale agreements

Your clients will be sophisticated and high-level, offering intellectually rewarding work and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate across departments – including property and litigation – to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
