Our client is specialised in providing tax, accounting, and strategic advice to business owners and high net worth individuals.
They currently have a vacancy for a passionate and energetic senior accountant with a minimum of 4 years business services experience to manage a broad range of clients. You will be involved with more than just compliance but will also be able to create and nurture client relationships. The moment you join the team, you will be given responsibility to manage your own clients - they encourage regular phone contact and face-to-face meetings.
Ideally you will: - Be CA or CPA qualified
- Have a minimum 4 years work experience within an Australian public practice
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Have experience with Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, BankLink, APS and BGL SimpleFund
- Have a proactive attitude and a desire for more client interaction
Your role will include: - Business advisory and consulting
- Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements and Financial Statements
- Commercial and Tax Advice
- Budgeting and Forecasting; and
- Superannuation fund compliance and advisory services
