The Opportunity
Our client is on the lookout for a superstar receptionist! As the first point of contact you’ll be responsible for warmly meeting and greeting clients, booking meetings, ensuring office supplies are well stocked and assisting with administrative processes. This is a fast-paced role so high attention to detail and fantastic organization skills are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Meeting and greeting clients
- Monitoring a busy phone line, transferring calls, taking messages
- Booking appointments
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Database management
- Provide administrative support during staff events
- Monitor and order station and kitchen supplies
- Maintain administrative processes
About You: - At least 1 year experience in Reception in a similar environment
- Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Positive and collaborative team player
