Receptionist / Administrator | Accounting Firm | Malvern

The Company

Our client is a thriving, boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
  
Your duties may include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering phones
• Email correspondence
• Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
• Preparing letters and other documentation
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
• Stationary and consumable ordering
• Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners

You will have:

• Strong customer services skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
