Exciting new opportunity for an experienced and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work full time in their office based in Caulfield North.
The working hours are 8:30am - 5pm, full time onsite.
The Role
Our client is seeking a positive and highly motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their team and job share with the administration team due to an increase in work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. You will also be working closely with a wonderful and supportive Office Manager in assisting with day to day duties.
Duties may include - - Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages accurately
- Booking and scheduling meeting rooms
- Collating of tax returns, including binding, photocopying, letters
- Sorting and distributing all sorts of mail for the team
- Organising catering, ordering kitchen and office supplies
- Other general administration tasks when required
About you - Professionally presented and strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
