The Company We have partnered with a well-established and multi-disciplinary firm in the Inner South Suburbs of Melbourne. They cover a broad range of services including accounting, financial services and legal.
The Opportunity This firm are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can hit the ground running, as our managers are busy. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of professional experience and be well-versed in Xero Practice Manager.
Your Day-to-Day tasks would include:
- Implement and refine policies and procedures as needed
- Assist with workflow management and process improvement
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Oversee databases and generate reports
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Handle HR components, including staff support
- Assist both in-office administration staff and offshore administrators as needed
About You - 5+ years of experience in a similar role within public practice accounting firms or similar.
- Xero Practice Manager experience is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
