This is a stand-out opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Secretary to join a fantastic boutique law firm in the inner-south suburbs.
This firm has an outstanding reputation for their commitment to their staff and encouraging both their professional and personal ambitions. This role is part-time 3 days a week.
In this role you will be supporting a down to earth, friendly Partner with commercial law administration. You'll enjoy the variety of working across commercial agreements & contracts, privacy law, business structuring and more.
Responsibilities will include: - - Drafting documents and correspondence
- Diary management
- Opening files
- Client liaison
- File management
- Preparing documents
- Billing
- General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing)
- Answering and directing phone calls (clients)
About you You will be organised, have an eye for detail and have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a law firm. Excellent communication skills are required along with a warm nature to suit this group.
