The Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a corporately presented Office Assistant, to conduct day-to-day office duties and be the face of our firm to meet and greet clients and visitors whilst also managing phone lines.
Please note this is a full-time onsite role, Monday to Friday.
This is a great entry-level position for the right candidate. Comprehensive training is provided.
Duties and responsibilities: - Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing incoming calls, transferring, and ensuring timely message delivery
- Coordinating courier services and maintaining a neat reception area
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and other office supplies
- Scheduling boardroom/meeting room bookings
- Making teas/coffees for meetings
- Collecting incoming mail
- General administrative duties
Skills & experience:
To be successful in the role you must have:
- A polished and courteous manner with a corporate presentation
- A positive can-do and supportive approach
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word
- A high attention to detail when completing tasks and delivering information
- An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
