The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to expand your skillset within Intellectual Property law, working on matters relating to IP licensing, copyright matters, trademark prosecution, and IP disputes. You will provide advice relating to ACL and manage due diligence relating to corporate transactions.
In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to develop your Business Development skills which is an invaluable skill to have under your belt as you progress! There will be scope to take on leadership responsibilities – depending on your experience level.
