The Opportunity
As a Senior Lawyer, you’ll play a key role within the Melbourne office – a go-to for colleagues seeking guidance or someone to bounce ideas off. The team values autonomy and mutual respect, with a strong collegiate culture and no micro-management. You'll have direct client contact and the freedom to shape your practice around your strengths and interests, whether that’s commercial, litigation, or other areas the firm services.
This is a collaborative discussion – your role can be tailored to your preferred areas of law. Clients range from individuals to businesses, giving you a broad and interesting mix of matters to work on.
There’s also real opportunity for progression – one of the current partners began as a junior lawyer and worked their way up. The firm actively supports career growth and values long-term contribution.
