One of our amazing clients is looking to expand their Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. This mid-tier firm has been operating for over 150 years and is highly reputable in the market. They have a beautiful and sophisticated office located in the CBD, with amazing facilities to make your job easier!
The Role
Working closely with two skilled and experienced partners, you will have the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge in the Employment Law field. In this role, you will be working on a diverse range of high-end and complex matters. This is a growing department at this firm, and is sure to be consistently busy with interesting files for you to work on.
Your responsibilities will include advising on employment agreements, awards, enterprise agreements, etc. You will be advising on industrial relation issues and providing advice for workplace issues (terminations, post-employment rights, disciplinary actions and more).
You will have involvement conducting litigation matters. General responsibilities relevant to this role will also include drafting documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients, and interpreting employment legislation.
