Employment Lawyer - 2-5 yrs PQE

Our client, a well-established and reputable firm based in Melbourne, is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join their growing team. With a successful track record of half a decade in operation, this firm prides itself on its dynamic approach and collaborative culture.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of employment law matters, including contracts, unfair dismissals, and primarily litigious employment cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters
• Focus on litigious employment cases, including unfair dismissals and contract disputes
• Work alongside a dedicated team of consultants, lawyers, and senior lawyers
• Collaborate with clients from diverse industries, including local government councils
• Engage in continuous learning through mentoring and development opportunities
