An amazing opportunity for a Conveyancing Clerk / Assistant in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne.
Our client is a boutique generalist law firm based in south-east of Melbourne. They are a friendly, established and growing practice, which prides itself on an inclusive and open office culture with low staff turnover and approachable principals.
In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Conveyancer and supporting with conveyancing administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Typical duties include: - Preparation of legal document
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers
- Attend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicing
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
About youYou will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a law firm. You will be organised, have an eye for detail and have the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines.
