What they are looking for - - Some experience of Conveyancing or within Real Estate

Typical duties will include - - Document Production for Conveyancing related matters
- Vendor and Purchaser client file management – Electronic & Manually as applicable
- Client and stakeholder liaison both face to face and over the telephone
- Processing detailed property transactions in conjunction with qualified Conveyancers
- Conducting legal research and processing property searches
- Finalising client files for settlement
- Preparing for and then attending to settlements (including use of Duties Online and PEXA)
- Ensure our clients receive the best possible service at all times
- Preparing statements of account and invoices
