The Opportunity
This exciting role offers the chance to join a dynamic three-person bookkeeping team, where you'll take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping for approximately 30 diverse clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handling bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll (including superannuation)
- Managing inter-entity transactions, month=end journals, and ATO compliance (BAS, IAS)
- Providing client-focused bookkeeping support across multiple business segments
- Assisting with payroll tax lodgement and other key bookkeeping functions
- Troubleshooting cloud-based accounting software issues for clients
- Managing roughly 30 clients
- 3 + years of bookkeeping experience (ideally in a public practice firm)
- Previous experience in MYOB, Xero, and Reckon
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A passion for process improvement and streamlining workflows
