Are you an administrator with a flair for organisation? Our client, a well-respected and long-established Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Services firm based in the eastern suburbs, is on the lookout for their next Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phone calls and keeping communication flowing
- Emailing internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining the client database
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients
- Preparing letters and documentation for clients
- Collating and lodging income tax returns via the ATO portal
- Scheduling meetings
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by the Accountants and Partners
About You - 2 years + experience working in a public practice accounting firm is essential
- Confident in software such as XERO, XERO Practice Manager, CAS360 and ATO Mate
- Highly organised
- Quicker learner
