Your key responsibilities will include: - Liaising with clients, the ATO and ASIC
- Scheduling appointments and responding to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence and documentation
- Maintaining and updating software systems with client details
- Collating financial statements and tax returns
- Assisting with reception when needed
- Handling other general admin tasks as required

What we’re looking for: - Previous experience in a similar admin role within professional services
- Comfortable using ASIC portals, MYOB AE and Fuse Docs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Confident communication and presentation with a positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for delivering top-notch client service
