Accounts Clerk - Wheelers Hill | Part-time | Law Firm

This is a stand-out opportunity or an Accounts Clerk to join a highly successful boutique law firm. You will work closely with the firm's friendly Partners and Practice Manager.

• Must have law firm experience!
• Work with a great team and in a beautiful office
• Part-time in Wheelers Hill

Your typically day to day duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Payment of client and office creditors as well as disbursements
• General data entry
• Office and trust accounting, bank reconciliation
• Organising expense reimbursements
• Monitoring debtors and liaising with clients when required
• Answering accounts-related staff queries
• Maintaining financial records

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a law firm as an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk
• Strong attention to detail
• A professional and positive attitude together with well-developed communication skills
• Knowledge of the LSBC to manage legal trust accounts
• Knowledge of PCLaw system & Smokeball would be an advantage
