This is a stand-out opportunity or an Accounts Clerk to join a highly successful boutique law firm. You will work closely with the firm's friendly Partners and Practice Manager.
- Must have law firm experience!
- Work with a great team and in a beautiful office
- Part-time in Wheelers Hill
Your typically day to day duties will include (but not be limited to): - Payment of client and office creditors as well as disbursements
- General data entry
- Office and trust accounting, bank reconciliation
- Organising expense reimbursements
- Monitoring debtors and liaising with clients when required
- Answering accounts-related staff queries
- Maintaining financial records
To be successful in this role you will have: - Previous experience in a law firm as an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk
- Strong attention to detail
- A professional and positive attitude together with well-developed communication skills
- Knowledge of the LSBC to manage legal trust accounts
- Knowledge of PCLaw system & Smokeball would be an advantage
